She acts for some of the UK’s most high profile property investors helping to enhance and manage their portfolios.
Julia’s experience covers a range of commercial real estate dealings. She specialises in the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold premises and the preparation and negotiation of leases and deeds.
Recent examples of how Julia has supported clients include:
- acquiring the superior leasehold of a development of 225 flats and a substation at a prime location in Birmingham under a tight deadline;
- selling a residential development of 73 flats, which involved drafting and serving section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 Notices; and
- liaising with the Knights’ Planning team, advising a property investor on a prospective purchase of retirement properties subject to planning breaches.
