Katie is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team.
Katie deals with a wide range of commercial dispute including, but not limited to, breaches of contract, consumer contract and shareholder issues.
Katie also acts for gambling operators, defending claims brought by customers in relation to allegations concerning responsible gambling, as well as other customer issues and more general commercial litigation.
She is comfortable with arbitration and mediation as well as traditional court litigation.
