Leon is a Partner in the Employment team.
He provides strategic and day-to-day advice on all aspects of employment law and HR issues, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Leon supports clients with complex litigation, TUPE transfers, corporate support, senior exits and strategic change.
Working with a wide range of clients including SMEs, owner managed businesses and large corporates, as well as those with Private Equity investment on a growth track. Leon works with companies in the retail, education and manufacturing sectors and has specialist knowledge of advising businesses in the technology sector.
Examples of how Leon has recently supported clients include:
- Advising a major national retailer on a multi-jurisdiction and multi-site outsourcing agreement with significant TUPE implications;
- Supporting a large manufacturer on changes to their shift pattern resulting in a change of terms of employment necessitating collective consultation; and
- Successfully defending a large manufacturer in relation to a 3 day multi-discrimination claim brought against them.
