Mollie acts for both commercial clients and private individuals on all matters relating to property litigation.
Mollie supports a wide range of commercial clients including landlords and tenants in relation to dilapidations, break notices, lease renewals, rent arrears and forfeiture.
She also supports private clients on disputes relating to lease extensions and enfranchisement, rights of first refusal, possession proceedings and boundary disputes.
Mollie also advises on general landlord/tenant contractual disputes to assist clients with interpreting relevant lease provisions.
