Molly is an Associate in the Corporate team.
Working with a range of clients including SME’s, banks and listed companies, Molly assists clients across a number of industries, with particular experience in the manufacturing sector.
Recent examples of how Molly has supported clients include:
- assisting the sellers of MCMM, a UK based education mutual, to Gallaghers, a US listed group;
- supporting the £120m sale of Sheffield-based Clear Line to a listed Swedish business;
- assisting on the sale of Independent Forgings & Alloys to US private equity firm Trive Capital, including advice on the exit of growth capital investor BGF;
- advising the management team of Yorkshire-based structural engineering firm Ekspan on their MBO from a US-owned multi-national, supported by UKSE;
- advising on the sale of Colson X-Cel Limited to HornGroup, a portfolio company of listed INDUS Holding AG;
- assisting on the sale of Sayvol Environmental & Building Services Ltd, a market leader in water compliance and testing services, to PE backed Phenna Group;
- supporting a listed company on a £7.5million placing; and
- assisting on the £21million sale of a marketing business to an EOT.
