Naren is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
Naren has extensive experience in real estate. He has expertise in real estate finance and secured lending, acting for a global real estate fund for a number of years as well as borrowers and lenders in a range of real estate transactions. Naren has acted for public and private developers in connection with landmark development schemes throughout the UK, including the creation of a new town in the south east of England and various city centre regeneration projects in the north of England.
He acted as lead partner for a major electricity distribution network for a number of years and has been involved in many corporate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of UK banks and building societies.
Naren has acted for clients in the health and social care sector for a number of years. He has extensive experience in care homes, dental and GP practices and pharmacies. He's also acted for a number of lenders and financial institutions, ranging from global investment funds to specialist bridging and development funders, and has also worked with public and private residential and commercial developers for many years, dealing with site assembly, debt / equity funding and disposals.
Naren acts for a range of clients, ranging from local business and entrepreneurs to Government agencies and multinational companies, including including a publicly funded regeneration organisation, a substantial biomass import and distribution business and a rapidly growing primary healthcare provider.

- advising regional development agencies on regeneration of two northern city centres;
- advising global investment fund in relation to UK real estate funds;
- advising residential development company in relation to site assembly, development and plot sales structure;
