Nick is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
He has extensive experience in real estate development and asset management.
Nick works on both commercial and mixed-use development schemes and with both investors/landlords and occupiers/tenants in commercial property transactions and portfolio management. He provides strategic advice based on an understanding of their business and objectives. Deal values range from tens of thousands to tens of millions of pounds.
Clients include public bodies and private sector businesses and individuals, ranging from international companies to SMEs and private landowners. He has particular experience working with clients in the real estate, public and education sectors.
Examples of how Nick has recently supported clients include:
- Working with Brighton West Pier Trust on the £46 million i360 development;
- Advising an international group on their national property portfolio strategy; and
- Supporting private landowners on the sale of a substantial residential development site to a national housebuilder.
