Paul’s expertise ranges across many sectors and asset-classes including hotels, leisure, healthcare, industrial, residential, energy and infrastructure.
Clients include private equity investors, developers, funders, owners and operators.
Recent examples of how Paul has supported his clients include:
- advising a hotel investor and operator on its £150m joint venture arrangements for the acquisition, development and operation of a portfolio of hotels in the UK.
- advising an industrial developer on its acquisition and financing of a portfolio of industrial development sites in the South East of England with a GDV in excess of £50m;
- advising a residential developer on its site acquisition, development and funding arrangements for a series of residential development projects in the UK; and
- advising investors, operators and funders on a several high profile hotel acquisitions in the UK.
Paul is a member of the City of London Law Society Land Law Sub-Committee.
