Rachael is a Senior Associate in our Plot Sales team.
With over 30 years’ experience in both commercial and property law, she is experienced in meeting the demands of high-volume transactions from development site set ups through to the sale and purchases of properties, including dealing with freehold & leasehold sales, sharing schemes and the Help to Buy Scheme.
She also deals with the negotiation of Funding Agreements, Public Open Space Agreements, Road Adoption & Sewer Agreements, Deeds of Easements, transfer of Substations and dealing with Section 106 Agreements.
A specialist in supporting new build property developers, PLCs and Land Owners, both locally and nationally, for individuals undertaking self-builds projects, affordable housing for Public Authorities, as well as the acquisition and sale of land.
In addition, through supervisory management roles, she has provided professional services for members of Government departments, police authorities and the general public.
