Roxane is an Associate in the Retail team.
Working with retailers on commercial real estate matters, Roxane’s work includes advising on new leases, surrenders and regrants, and lease regears.
She also has experience in real estate finance and property portfolio management. Roxane provides support on commercial landlord and tenant matters including the negotiation of leases, licences to assign, licences to alter, break clauses, lease renewals and the surrenders of leases.
Recent examples of how Roxane has supported clients include:
- supporting the site acquisition programme for McDonald’s throughout the UK; and
- dealing with lease renewals and regears for the UK branches of The Body Shop.
