Supporting clients on a range of corporate transactions, his work includes mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, group re-organisations and assisting on the sale and purchase of assets from insolvent companies. He also advises on shareholders’ agreements and articles of association as well as general company law and corporate governance matters.
