- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian where the donor has lost capacity
- Assisting named Attorneys with the financial and care needs of those they look after
- Putting in place Powers of Attorney for property and finance and health and welfare
- Administering complex estates both with historical issues and various overseas assets
- Dealing with an intestacy where there were many beneficiaries and instructing genealogists to identify those entitled to the estate
- Advising clients on Wills to ensure their legacies are tax efficient and in line with their wishes.
