Saskia is a Solicitor in the Corporate team 

Experienced in providing strategic support and advice to companies and individuals on a wide range of corporate matters, including:

- M&A transactions;

- Corporate restructuring and re-organisations; and

- General corporate governance.

Taking a commercial and pragmatic approach, Saskia works with a variety of clients including successful SMEs and owner-managed businesses, as well as larger corporate entities and listed businesses, across a wide-range of sectors, including technology, hospitality, property management, engineering, and financial services.

Recent examples of how Saskia has assisted with client matters include:

  • Assisting sellers with due diligence exercises relating to the sale of their businesses, identifying potential issues, and assisting with any required rectification work pre-sale.
  • Assisting individual sellers with the sale of their businesses, including negotiating the terms of their continuing roles in the business.
  • Drafting bespoke articles of association, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements, for both start-ups and well-established businesses.
  • Working with clients and their accountant with the implementation of tax-advantaged share incentive schemes.
  • Assisting with a wide-range of corporate re-organisations, including buyback of shares, investments, share-for-share exchanges, and capitalisations.
