Stephanie is an Associate in the Real Estate team.
She has broad experience in many key areas of commercial property including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, with an emphasis on office, retail and industrial and also acquisitions of sites for the provision of special educational needs, all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, specialising in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, renewals, licences to underlet, licences to assign and consent to carry out works, secured lending, real estate aspects of corporate transactions, specialising in both share and asset purchase transactions, portfolio management, plot sales and development work.
She also deals with residential developments – specialising in initial site set-up and freehold/ leasehold plot sales.
Stephanie’s clients include private companies, SMEs, individuals, commercial landlords and tenants, residential and commercial developers, banks, retailers and commercial property/ land owners.
Examples of how Stephanie has supported clients include:
- Site acquisition, site assembly for freehold and leasehold developments and residential plot sales working with housebuilders and developers ranging from 5 to 700 units per site.
- Working with national retailers on the renewal of existing leases and securing of new leases across its national portfolio.
- Supporting a company refinance for £20 million.
- Assisting with the acquisition and development of multiple sites for the provision of special educational needs.
