He specialises in helping clients resolve disputes in a variety of areas including property, landlord & tenant and contentious probate – and has gained a great deal of experience in civil disputes of all kinds.
Stephen works with individuals, business owners, SMEs and landlords and often advises clients on disputes over assets worth more than £1 million. His recent commercial clients include vehicle rental companies, dental practices and other solicitors.

- Successfully settling an inheritance claim for £900,000. Stephen advised his clients throughout the mediation process.
- Acting for a local firm of solicitors in relation to a claim for unpaid legal fees
