Susan is a Senior Associate in the Asset Management and Development teams.
She has extensive experience across all areas of commercial property including purchase, sale and lettings of all forms of commercial property, acquisition of development sites, preparing documents for sales of developed sites both commercial and residential and secured lending and refinancing. Susan also has experience of acting for developers in relation to development funding.
Clients include a variety of small to medium sized businesses and in addition, Susan supports the team on a number of larger transactions dealing with a range of matters including conditional sale contracts for both landowners and developers, option agreements, overage agreements, commercial leases of different types of properties, secured lending arrangements for lenders and borrowers.
Recent examples of how Susan has supported clients include:
- working with clients in development funding arrangements;
- dealing with and negotiating conditional sale contracts for landowners to developers with deferred consideration and lending arrangements; and
- acquiring development sites and / or advising on assembling the necessary documents for sales of developed sites.
