Tiran is an Associate in the Asset Management team.
He assists clients with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial property development, secured lending and securities, landlord and tenant transactions and general property portfolio management, including licenses to sublet, assign or carry out alterations.
In addition, Tiran provides advice on the property aspects of corporate transactions where the transaction includes real estate assets. He undertakes the due diligence on behalf of clients and reports the risks involved and the best ways to mitigate them.
His clients include corporates, both large and small, commercial lenders, property investors, developers and pension funds. The majority of his work involve retail or industrial properties with a value of the works ranging from £500,000 to over £10 million.
Recent examples of how Tiran has supported clients include:
- working with a national retailer on the renewal of existing leases and securing of new leases across its national property portfolio;
- supporting an estate agency with the real estate aspects of their acquisition including due diligence, landlord consents, transfer of title from the seller to buyer and post completion formalities;
- helping aleading European supplier of specialist building solutions to trade customers with their portfolio management including the securing of new leases and renewal of existing; and
- assisting with the management of portfolios for a number of national clients with high levels of lease grants and lease renewals.
