Tom is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
He advises on a variety of commercial property transactions and issues, notably landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, assignments, surrenders and licences as well as assisting with freehold matters such as sales and purchases. Tom is also experienced at dealing with deeds of easement, licences to alter, lock-out agreements, deeds of covenant and guarantee agreements.
His clients include Oxford colleges, private companies, PLCs, SMEs, individuals and commercial landlords.
Tom speaks Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese and has spent many years living and working in the MENA region and Latin America.
