Victoria is Client Services Director for our Leeds office and Integrar.
Integrar is a trading style of Knights that specialises in the remortgage services of consumers, lenders, and other organisations on a national basis. It is one of the leading providers of remortgaging services to UK lenders and is consistently in the top tier of providers for volume, a position upon which we will be building.
She manages the team of over 150 dedicated colleagues, ensuring they are trained to a high standard, with the right people working in the right place.
Speed, efficiency, and effective customer communications are essential in ensuring high levels of customer service in remortgages, and Integrar already benefits from an award-winning technology platform. Victoria will be driving this forward through a programme of continuous improvement, process reengineering and further digitisation.
Victoria’s focus is on efficient case management, using technology to speed up transaction times and create efficiencies in the remortgage process, improving ease of communication between lenders, customers, and their case handlers, on the progress of transactions.
Victoria plays an active role in developing the strategy, technical and compliance elements of legal processing software, for example working with lenders, the Land Registry and the UK Government to improve the transaction process through digital signing of mortgage deeds for remortgaging.
Victoria's background is in residential property, where she specialised in transactions on behalf of banks and building societies, regional institutional lenders, national and regional estate agents, and brokers.
