Knights advised the shareholders of Reach Digital Telecoms on their sale to 4Com – one of the UK’s leading providers of business telephone systems.
Shrewsbury-based Reach provide a range of business communications solutions including phones, mobile apps and broadband services.
The business has grown rapidly since its launch in 2015, making it a great fit for 4Com and the right environment for the next stage of Reach’s journey.
A team of experts from across Knights worked with Reach’s shareholders Haydn Neville, Andy Sacree and Laura Glews to ensure the sale was right for the business.
