A firm that helps London’s most exciting fledgling companies find growth and investment opportunities has underscored its commitment to office space by moving into new Covent Garden headquarters.

Adjuvo – whose mission is to introduce growing companies to members seeking to invest in exciting opportunities – is now based at 35 King Street, Covent Garden.

Supported by Knights' Real Estate team, Adjuvo has taken the entire 5th floor of the building for its 10 staff.

The deal was completed quickly over the festive period, with Knights acting to negotiate with the building’s landlord Capital & Counties Properties PLC (Capco) – which owns and manages large parts of Soho, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street and Chinatown.

As a result of the quick turnaround, Adjuvo was able to move into its new base at the beginning of January. The perfect way to kickstart 2023.

James Badcock, Chief Financial Officer at Adjuvo, said:

“The Knights team was responsive and worked to a tight deadline. They ensured that we understood the pinch points in the lease documentation and effectively negotiated with the landlord on our behalf.

"Thanks to their hard work, we were able to move into our new offices on the planned date.”

Knights’ team was led by Real Estate Partner Paul Kenny and Senior Associate Amie Hearn.

Amie Hearn, Senior Associate at Knights, said:

“It’s been a real pleasure to work alongside James, Henry and the rest of the team at Adjuvo to get this sorted quickly.

“It can be tricky to conclude negotiations – especially over the festive period – but we knew the urgency for Adjuvo and drew on the expertise across the team at Knights to make it happen. We look forward to seeing Adjuvo flourish in their new office space.”

Knights is one of the fastest-growing legal and professional services businesses in the UK – ranked within the top 50 UK law firms by revenue, with specialists in all key areas of corporate and commercial law.
