Knights’ Corporate team has advised on the sale of the Heywood Early Years nurseries to the Kids Planet group.
Heywood Early Years has provided quality day care for children aged 0-5 years in Greater Manchester for more than 27 years.
The group’s focus on learning through play and confidence-building attracted national provider Kids Planet.
Kids Planet acquired Heywood Early Years’ three Heywood-based nurseries; Buttercups, Daisy Chains and Woodlands. The acquisition takes the Kids Planet group to 141 locations across the UK.
Heywood Early Years’ owners we advised by Knights’ corporate team – including Gavin White, Hannah Jones and Hannah Martin, with real estate support provided by Elin Davies and James Lunt.
