Knights’ Corporate team has advised on the sale of one of the largest private waste management companies in the south of England.
Horsham-based Britaniacrest Recycling Limited has been acquired by French green energy producer, Qair Group.
Britaniacrest Recycling Limited has 29 years’ experience in waste management, having been founded in 1993 by Ray Foss Snr to provide affordable and professional skip hire and waste management services for private and commercial customers.
The business will now join Qair’s group of waste, recycling and renewable energy subsidiaries.
Ray Foss Snr, Founder and Director of the business’ parent company Foss Holdings Ltd, said:

“We are pleased to complete the acquisition by Qair and look forward to working with them to develop the business and the energy from waste facility.”
Neale Andrews, Partner at Knights, said:
“We are really pleased to have helped such a brilliant, family-run business secure its future and the Foss family to realise the benefits of all their hard work over many years.
“The Foss team have been a pleasure to work with and I wish them and Britaniacrest under Qair’s stewardship every success for the future.
“My sincere thanks to everyone involved at Knights for their dedication and effective team work in bringing this project to a very satisfactory conclusion.”
