Knights Group Holdings plc, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, has been added to the FTSE AIM 50 Index.

Since it floated on the Stock Exchange in June 2018, Knights has seen its share value increase by 254 per cent from £103.5m to £365.99m.

Its share price has also risen by 244 per cent since 2018.

The group’s entry into the FTSE AIM 50 Index has been partly facilitated by a high-profile merger between Northgate and Redde which completed earlier this month.

The change will be effective from 21 February.

In a statement released to media, Knights said that shares have “reacted positively” off the back of its latest announcement and are currently up 2.3 per cent this morning (19 February).
