Knights has supported Woodgate & Clark Limited, part of the international insurance group Van Ameyde, on its acquisition of Quadra Claims Services, a leading loss adjusting and claims management business headquartered in Manchester. 

Quadra was founded in 2010 and specialises in heritage and ecclesiastical buildings, high net worth losses and other property claims.

Van Ameyde is Europe’s leading claims outsourcing organisation, with a client base of major insurance providers, corporate risk managers and motor fleet managers.

Quadra Claims Services will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodgate & Clark, and join Van Ameyde’s expanding and fast-growing UK operations, which also comprises leading marine specialist McAusland & Turner. 

Knights’ team comprised James Eveling and Emma Robinson. The deal is the latest corporate transaction handled by Knights for Van Ameyde, which has included transactions both in the UK and across Europe. Corporate finance support was provided by the Exeter office of advisory firm PKF Francis Clark.
