Knights’ Corporate team advised the shareholders of Power Control Ltd on its sale to Legrand SA.

Power Control Ltd has more than 30 years’ expertise as a UK provider of critical infrastructure and Uninterruptible Power Supply equipment.

Following the sale, the Sheffield-based business will become part of Legrand SA’s Europe-wide group – and will continue to be led by Managing Director Tom Nicholson.

The company’s shareholders were advised on the sale by Martin Smith, Gareth John, James Sparks and Tanya Dobson in Knights’ Corporate team, with support from Garon Anthony (Regulatory), Erin Vickers (Real Estate), Rachel Hatton (Employment), Kate Featherstone and Jade Edgar (Tax).
