Aisha is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Experienced in providing strategic support and advice to companies and individuals on a wide range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A transactions;
- corporate restructuring and re-organisations; and
- general corporate governance.
Aisha works with a variety of clients, including owners and directors of SME’s across the UK and international corporates which operate in a wide range of sectors, including technology and manufacturing.
Recent examples of how Aisha has supported clients include:
- Assisting her colleagues and Berkshire Hathaway Company, TTI, Inc. on the acquisition of Ecopac (UK) Power Limited, the UK’s largest distributor of power supplies.
- Assisting her colleagues and Berkshire Hathaway Company TTI, Inc. on the acquisition of Raffenday Limited, an electronics manufacturing company that offers wiring harnesses, panel assemblies, and high voltage cable assemblies.
- Assisting sellers with due diligence exercises relating to the sale of their businesses, identifying potential issues, and assisting with any required rectification work pre-sale.
- Providing advice on general corporate law governance issues, including the preparation of articles of association and shareholder agreements for both start up companies and established businesses.
