Alana is a solicitor in the Corporate team.
Assisting clients on both buy and sell side on acquisitions and disposals for mid-sized and large corporates, facilitating third party investment into fast growing companies both via private equity funders and other third party funding, working with management teams closely to aid with company administration, compliance and where required restructuring.
Having worked on transactions which cover a number of industries including professional services, technology, logistics, sports and healthcare.
Recent examples of how Alana has supported clients include assisting with:
- Acting for the management team in a private equity investment into a Group Company worth in excess of £25 million and then assisting with a further six acquisitions by the Group Company following this investment;
- Acting buy side in the acquisition of an English National League Football club and associated transactions involving cross jurisdiction mechanics;
- Acting sell side for the disposal of a retail pharmacy and it entire issued share capital worth £2.1million;
- Acting both buy and sell side in over twenty transactions relating to the acquisition or disposal of retail pharmacy outlet(s);
- Acting for private equity funders in ongoing investments in multiple companies across different industries and supporting with continued corporate administration on their behalf;
- Assisting with a management buy out of a domestic logistics company and relevant required funding worth £7.5 million.
