Amin is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Aviation teams.
He supports clients on all aspects of commercial law which includes advising clients on commercial contracts, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, software agreements, confidentiality agreements, framework agreements, terms and conditions, e-commerce terms and licensing / distribution agreements; and licences and assignments of intellectual property.
Amin assists with non-contentious aviation matters including the sale, purchase and lease of aircraft and engines, aircraft interior outfitting agreements and ground handling agreements.

- Providing day-to-day commercial legal support for the in-house legal team at a major international aviation engineering company.
- Providing commercial support for an in-house legal team for an international airline company.
