Amy is a Partner in the Corporate team.
She has experience of a wide range of corporate transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and has particular expertise with Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital/Private Equity investments.
Her clients cover a range of sectors, and in recent years she has focused specifically on tech and digital, wealth management and insurance broking; acting for companies of all sizes from owner-managed start-ups to large multinational corporations.
Additionally, Amy has broad experience of complex group reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and investments at all stages, together with providing general strategic advice to companies, directors and shareholders.
Examples of how Amy has supported clients include:
- Acting for the sellers on the sale of The Data Shed to Hippo Digital - a deal which won M & A Deal of the Year at the 2023 Rainmakers Awards and the M & A Deal of the Year (£5 to 25 million) at the 2023 Dealmakers awards;
- Acting for the sellers on the sale of Kudos shower products to Swiss buyer, SanSwiss AG, which won Deal of the Year (International) at the 2023 Dealmakers awards;
- D R & P Group, an insurance broker backed by Inflexion, acting for the company on both the original equity investment in 2021, and a series of acquisitions over the intervening years; and
- Supporting various wealth management clients on their acquisitions of independent financial advisory businesses, undertaken as part of long-term consolidation strategies.
