Elizabeth Sewell is a Partner in the Asset Management team.
Elizabeth Sewell undertakes a broad range of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending work and all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions, acting for both individuals and private companies.
Elizabeth also has significant experience in dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions including business acquisitions and disposals. In the course of acting for various residential developers in relation to site acquisitions, Elizabeth has developed an expertise in setting up development site disposal documentation, including freehold and leasehold plot sales.
