Kathryn Dean is a Senior Associate in the Asset Management team.
Kathryn supports clients with the acquisition and disposal of land for development. She deals with the full complement of conditional contracts, options, pre-emption agreements and infrastructure agreements.
With extensive experience of real estate portfolio management, Kathryn and her team provide all round support to business park landlords, including dealing with new leases, lease renewals and licences.
Kathryn has specialist knowledge of the telecoms sector and advises landowners on this rapidly evolving area. She supports clients by providing advice on the Electronic Communications Code and negotiating the renewal of existing telecommunications agreements.
Kathryn supports UK public and private companies including developers and landlords with extensive property portfolios. She also acts for landowners, councils and retailers.
Examples of how Kathryn has supported clients include:
- Leading the portfolio management support of a business park client with a 400 acre site of mixed industrial, office and warehouse space.
- Supporting a PLC developer client in the acquisition of a £4 million site for residential development, including negotiating complex remediation provisions.
