Kirsten is an Associate in the Residential Property (New Homes) team.
Specialising in new build properties and is able to assist with any related transactions, including sales, remortgages and transfers of equity. Kirsten supports clients right through the buying process, from the reservation of the property through to completion. She liaises with all of the parties involved in the transaction to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly. Her goal is to simplify the often complex process, ensuring her clients understand every step and to make the legal aspects of purchasing a new build property as straightforward as possible.
Kirsten has worked in the new build sector since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017 and is recommended by a range of house builders across the country. Her clients include an assortment of individuals, from first time buyers to investors and families moving into their forever home.
