Kyle is an Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency team
Kyle is an Associate specialising in corporate restructuring, advisory and insolvency matters.
His experience includes advising and assisting insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and other stakeholders to navigate a broad range of often complex issues arising under the Insolvency Act 1986, notably within the areas of administration, liquidation and bankruptcy.
He also advises on matters arising prior to formal insolvency proceedings commencing, such as drafting and negotiating business sale agreements, debt enforcement options, and providing directors duties advice.
Kyle’s post-appointment insolvency work includes consideration of and assistance to office holders and directors with reviewing antecedent transactions, matters of conduct arising under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 and relevant caselaw considerations.
Kyle is the Chair of The Black Solicitors Network and also sits as an elected Council Member at The Law Society.
