Lauren is an associate in the Commercial Team based in the Brighton office.
She supports clients on all aspects of commercial law which includes advising clients on commercial contracts, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, confidentiality agreements, SaaS agreements, framework agreements and terms and conditions.
Lauren often acts as an extension of in-house legal teams, she therefore understands the importance of providing advice in a clear and concise way and in an easy- to- digest format.
Recent examples of how Lauren has supported clients include:
- Providing day-to-day commercial legal support for the in-house legal teams at a global facilities management company and one of the world’s leading fast-food restaurant.
- Assisted a Fintech client with a project to contract a large number of technology partners to the client’s platform solution.
- Assisting and advising a national bookseller on entering into agreements with suppliers and customers.
