Lois is a Senior Associate in the Development team.
Her focus is on residential development work. This includes site acquisition and disposals and site set up. Lois’ expertise includes the draft and negotiation of the full suite of typical development related documents including development agreements, agreements conditional on planning, option agreements, management agreements and transfers.
Lois’ clients include residential developers and house builders.
Recent examples of how Lois has supported her clients include:
- The setup of multiple large residential developments including negotiating the management agreement;
- Assisted with the acquisition of a large residential development site acting on behalf of two national house builders as part of a JV; and
- Drafting an agreement for lease on behalf of a local authority for a large residential development site which required extensive remediation works.
