Nick is a Partner in the Employment team.

He provides contentious and non-contentious employment law advice to clients across a range of sectors (including financial services, tech, media, retail and more).

Nick is recognised as a specialist in advising senior executives, and has vast experience dealing with complex, high-profile and high-value matters including employment exits, settlements and tribunals, and cases involving breach of restrictive covenants, whistleblowing and discrimination.

He also works with employers providing operational advice on day-to-day issues, advising on the bringing or defence of claims, terminations, drafting bespoke documents and policies, advising on disciplinary, performance and grievance procedures, as well providing strategic advice on larger projects involving business restructures.

Nick has often been quoted in the national media and has written a number of articles for HR and legal media outlets.
