Nicole Chadwick is a Senior Associate in the Wills & Estates team.
She has a wide range of experience in the private client sector and regularly works with ultra/high net worth individuals and their families, business owners and entrepreneurs, professional trustees and charities.
Nicole’s expertise include drafting complex wills and trusts, working with executors and trustees in high value estates, helping business owners with pre-sale tax planning to mitigate IHT exposure and advising families in relation to succession planning.
Nicole is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and fully STEP qualified, reflecting a commitment to excellence in the sector. Nicole also sits on the Manchester Law Society Private Client Committee.
Previous work includes:
- Administering a high value estate with complex inheritance issues and assets including foreign assets in Dubai, Spain and Gibraltar.
- Advising on and implementing discretionary trusts and IHT efficient wills for a couple, prior to selling their company.
- Providing tax planning advice on lifetime gifts with consideration and application of the law relating to PPR and GWR.
