Oliver is a Senior Associate in the Asset Management team.
He supports clients on a complete range of real estate matters but also specialises in leasehold enfranchisement.
In relation to commercial property, he handles acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and estate portfolio management including rent charges, easements and licences.
His clients range from institutional investors, to management companies to reluctant probate landlords.
Recent examples of how Oliver has supported clients include:
- assisting an institutional investor in the statutory sale of 70 contentious plot sales; and
- supporting a probate landlord in the disposition of a portfolio of unregistered freehold plots including a collective enfranchisement of a block of flats.
