- share sale of a company which runs a private airfield by way of conditional contract for approx. £10.5m, with conditionality on change of use to dual use of the property involving overage provisions in favour of the selling shareholders in the event of property being used for residential development in the future; and
- £11.5m refinance and development loan facility with £1.5m mezzanine loan facility for client to convert a former office block into 152 residential flats to be sold as long leasehold investments, being one of a number of similar projects for a key client.
