Rebecca is a Solicitor in the Commercial team.
Rebecca advises on drafts and negotiates all types of commercial agreements for a wide range of different types of businesses including standard terms and conditions; supply and purchase agreements; confidentiality agreements; software agreements; framework agreement; licensing of intellectual property and distribution agreements.
She also provides day-to-day support for the in-house legal team at a major international aviation engineering company.
Recent examples of how she has supported clients include:
- Advising on advertising, promotions and marketing in the food and drink sector; and
- Preparing and advising on several arrangements with an international manufacturer of cleaning brands.
