Sara is a Senior Associates in the Asset Management Team.
She has extensive experience in both residential and mixed-use developments across the South East and further afield.
She advises on transactions involving acquisition and disposal of land (immediate and long term), including unconditional and conditional contracts, funding arrangements, strategic option agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements, overage agreements and affordable housing transactions.
With experience acting for a range of clients, including housebuilders, PLCs, SMEs, property developers, land promoters, land traders and landowners, Sara supports on the negotiation and structure of a wide variety of medium to high value transactions.
Recent examples of how Sara has supported clients include:
Advising a PLC developer on a £600 million scheme for 1000 new homes in Hounslow;
Acting for top 20 Housebuilder in the multi-million-pound purchase of a serviced parcel within a wider development;
Supporting a large-scale developer on refinancing their portfolio of properties;
Acting for a client on their strategic land portfolio from option to eventual purchase or sale; and
Advising a client with multiple development sites on the Real Estate aspects of their revolving credit facility with a large UK bank.
