Sarah is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.
With a background in offshore legal work, she has experience of high value and complex litigation, often with a cross border element and involving multiple parties. Sarah has a particular interest in litigation involving real estate, lease renewals and dilapidations, intellectual property and family managed businesses. Sarah is a High Court Advocate and has experience of running her own cases to trial.
Clients include SMEs from various sectors, including manufacturing, property development and construction.
Sarah supports Palram, which is an Israeli PLC owned manufacturing business and Neal’s Yard in relation to their property portfolio.
Recent examples of how Sarah has supported clients include:
- co-ordinating a circa £600,000 claim in Canada in respect of the supply of mining equipment and labour from the UK;
- working for 57 ex-shareholders in resolving breach of warranty claims brought against them by the purchaser of the business; and
- successfully bringing a professional negligence claim against an insurance broker in relation to inadequate business interruption cover.
