Sophie is a Graduate Planner in the Town Planning team at Knights.
She joined the Town Planning team in the summer of 2022 and has worked collaboratively with other members across the team to achieve a wider variety planning permissions and planning appeals.
Sophie has an undergraduate degree from Nottingham Trent University in Property Development and Planning as well as being part way through a Masters Degree in Urban Town Planning at Sheffield Hallam University.
Sophie supports the delivery of the Planning team’s work conducting due diligence in relation to client enquiries, monitoring consultee responses to planning applications submitted by Knights, and preparing statements and setting out the planning case as part of supporting applications and appeals. Sophie also works alongside more experienced colleagues, undertaking research and providing direct input into the work submitted in support of a client’s development proposal, collating, and reviewing information to ensure a smooth journey through the application process.
