Stena is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Stena qualified into the team in October 2022. She supports on dental, pharmacy, and childcare sector transactions, including business sales and purchases, mergers, joint ventures, corporate lending, and company incorporation.
Stena also advises on the regulatory requirements of the NHS and CQC where required on a transaction.
Recent examples of how Stena has supported clients include:
- Supporting on the selling of a group of dental practices in a deal worth £4.7 million;
- Working with our corporate healthcare team in one of the largest-ever dental business transactions in the UK;
- Supporting a first-time pharmacy purchaser for a deal worth over £750,000.
