Tony is a Partner in the Asset Management Team.
He has a wealth of experience working alongside developers and housebuilders for more than 30 years.
During that time Tony has built strong relationships with developers of all sizes and specialisms – including national blue chip companies and regional developers.
He specialises in all aspects of residential development, from complex land deals to setting up large, mixed-use developments and unit sales.
Recent examples of how Tony has supported clients include:
- Purchase of a site in London that has received Planning Permission for over 1,500 units
- Sale of several development parcels as complex serviced sites that formed part of a development scheme on nearly 400 units
- Entering into numerous Promotion Agreements in relation to long term development prospects
- Purchase of development site and subsequent Collaboration Agreements required as part of delivery of a substantial overall development area
