Sean brings vast experience of advising on the acquisition and sale of development sites, farms and agricultural land, as well as a wealth of knowledge about contracts, options, agreements and financing of agricultural land and assets. Plus, in-depth knowledge of renewable energy schemes.
That experience boosts Knights’ Agriculture and Landed Estates teams, bringing expertise and a client base that spans landed estates, agricultural families, private business owners, developers, trusts and charities.
