If it is appropriate for Knights to provide you with a refund, this will be processed by our Finance team in accordance with our SRA obligations and all other regulatory requirements.  Please note that any refund of monies paid via WorldPay will be offered minus any relevant WorldPay fees as well as our own costs for any time spent and/or disbursements incurred in relation to our engagement to that time.
